The Surgo quote, eh? I just kept it. It's been my sig for years. He said that kind of at a pivotal point in Gen 4... but I never got into competitive battling in Gen 4 at all, myself.

Whimsicott sucks mostly. It gets shut down by any Grass-type, particularly Saws, while its Subs are broken by the rising Cinccino. Also, it really fails at anything else other then attempting to annoy. Whimsicott is pretty useless and easily shut down.

Lol Whimsicott gets shut down by any grass-type. Bouffalant and Sawsbuck with Sap Sipper beat the shit out of Whimsi. Hell, I'm sure I could even beat it with a Level 1 BULBASAUR if I tried hard enough.
