OK then. Have you got your DS parameters set up in RNG Reporter? If so, go to the Shiny egg finder tab, select Ditto Parent, set min frame to 45 and max frame to 300.
Enter your parent's ivs where they are asked for and then enter these ivs for your target: 31/31/31/__/30/30 Now you can hit generate.

What are your target egg's iv's? The best you can hope to hatch right now will have three 30s since three of your ivs are always inherited.

I always hatch pokemon at appropiate places. I'll do yours at either the Dreamyard, Rumnation Field, or Celestial Tower (like mine). My Taillow hatched on Skyarrow Bridge.
