    Deoxys-Attack can get Stored Power via Mimic and can also learn Skill Swap to get Adaptability, so the calc in your sig should read:

    Over a year with that sig and nobody could best it until now, congrats! I didn't consider Mimic, that is indeed a sneaky way to improve. One annoying thing about the calculator is that it caps Stored Power at 620 BP because it doesn't let you enter boosts for Evasion and Accuracy to achieve the true highest result of 860 BP. You can use another psychic move though and manually change the BP to 860 to get the proper calc. Of course, you could also boost the damage further with a critical hit, which we both neglected, and then use Sniper as your Ability instead of Adaptability, leading to the highest possible damaging move in the game:
