Hmm. Can you possibly show me a snapshot of your Pandora's Box? It's kind of hard to tell if you're doing some wrong just by asking questions, but maybe I can find a mistake more easily with a picture.

What do you have in the min/max frame part? Also, are you using a DSi by any chance?

After you found your correct parameters, did you find a new ID seed?

You have to use the parameters for your DS. And I don't teach you how to do that in my guide because it's a totally separate thing, so you'll have to do that before you can use my guide :)
