    General Discussion

With all this talk of knock-off, what are everyone's thoughts on Justified growlith? A little slow, but a free +1 attack on a base 70 is pretty impressive all things considered. It's likely still outclassed by a bulky intimidate set, but just a thought, especially if vulpix is making a return.

    Move Stealth Rock

Did I take a wrong turn and stumble into /vp/ or something?

Other The Lack of Power Creep in Gen 6

It also gets to pick and choose what it's up against because of shadow tag, and has a rather expansive movepool to abuse in said circumstances.

Which is fair enough. I still believe it deserves a fair test, I'm simply commenting that it's eventual status is pretty much telegraphed. If Gengar with shadow tag and a stat increase doesn't make ubers I'll be pleasently surprised.

Other The Lack of Power Creep in Gen 6

There was still a pre-ban list last gen, but it was composed of things that were already obviously too powerful (Lugia, Mewtwo, Arceus, Giratina, ect.) While I'm all for testing things out, Megagar is terrifying enough of a prospect where the end result seems pretty obvious...

    The Next Best Thing...

I have long been a proponent of scarf mello. CoolStoryBrobat's set takes it for me. Though I might run that koko set in the future. Seems very solid.

Ask a Simple Question, Get a Simple Answer - UU Edition

It's kind of exactly what it sounds like. The main difference between the two is that bulky offense uses a lot of pokes that have a lot of power "out of the box" or after a single boost who also happen to have a lot of bulk to take neutral (and in some cases super effective) hits well...

*Good* Creative / Unusual Moveset Thread

I'm just not sold on this one. First off, I'm not entirely sure you could consider Mienshao an "Ambipom Clone" as both do entirely different things (such as being a legitimate physical threat/offensive pivot and sucking really bad respectively.) Secondly, I'm not really sure Mienshao is really...

    Arcanine Discussion Thread

Fair enough :). I wasn't exactly advocating Crocune use in the current meta, just bringing up that Crocune has some other options that make it more appealing over rest-talk Milotic, to me at least. Not that I've run either for quite some time. I'm just gonna go back to lurking then. :)

    Arcanine Discussion Thread

It's nice to see bulky Arcanine getting some love. He has the potential to be fatter than one would expect, even with a crappy recovery move. As for talking about bulky waters, I'm kind of shocked that anyone would even mention Milotic in this regard, especially the rest-talk set. Crocune does...

Bug Reports v2.0 (READ OP BEFORE POSTING!!)

I don't know if this has come up yet, or honestly how it even works on the cartridge. When an attacker uses U-Turn on a defender with an eject button, the U-Turn user apparently doesn't switch.
