Question: If you're using an everstone and not trying to control the PIDRNG, does it usually take long before you get the desired nature?

It's wierd because I just tried it again and I got all the right IVs. Empoleon was the only one that had the IVs 31 / 31 / 31 / 30 / 31 / 31, so I guess I hit a frame that inherited his IVs? Anyway, quick question, if Panpour has the Male ratio of 87.5%, would I just look at his 75% ratio?
