hey sorry i havent gotten back to you about victini. it turns out it has a special ribbion meaning it cant be put though fake GTS which is what i use to chack my pokemon. but i just got someone to turn a copy of victini into a file and there going to send it to the main person who checks if pokes are hacks. i should hear from them in about a day or so.
