The Regice is 252HP/252Def/6SpD.
The Rhyperior is the standard set found in the Smogon analysis.
The Shaymin is 6Def/252SpA/252Spe.
And the Celebi is 252HP/6Def/252SpD. I figured Jolly tar is quite rare without a scarf, and if it doesn't have a Scarf it would probably have a DD or something. It also has Hidden Power Fire, so I just went for a straight 252/252 bulk spread. I mean, the added bulk helps out against Starmie I guess.
