Yeah I've seen it and I also noticed something else, if you look under miscellaneous in the in-game seciton,there's an article about R/S EVs that has a short list of Emerald EV training hot spots.

lol don't go overboard with it, remember it still should be concise, I just mentioned those because you can generally find Pokemon there that give 2 EVs and wihtout power items EVing in Emerald is a major pain >_<

its good but I still feel you should add the locations I mentioned, maybe not the Attack EVs one I suggest getting a second opinion on that, but it is worth noting that slugma also appear on route 113 making it 95% chance that you'll find a pokemon that gives spatk EVs, and route 118 99% of the time your getting a Pokemon that gives speed EVs, sometimes 2 which speeds up the process. Finally, when you edit don't post it in the article stating the kind of edit you amde, make a new post saying that you edit it just to keep the article separate from the statement that you made changes make a new post so that means take off the "thanks Nexus for the secret base info" from the post with the article and put that you edited in a new post if you want stating that you made additions.

Serebii and Bulbapedia should have encounter rates for those Pokemon in those areas. Also, stuff like slugma should be worth mentioning even if they appear less than Spinda, so people can just battle those too instead of running.
