Milotic can take a Dark Pulse at +2 but I try and keep Milotic healthy to wall some of the specific Pokemon only it can take on.
This sounds better:
Milotic can survive a +2 Dark Pulse, but it is best to uphold Milotic's health in order to wall several Pokemon which only she herself can combat against.
