Ok, now what you'll want to do is go to seed to time and open that up. Make sure that HGSS is selected and your seconds are in. I may suggest you use a different seconds because you're going to be doing this without your AR remember?

Ok, I see you didn't specify frame, but if you're going to use this method, I'd recommend 13-20 as your frame. I used 15 for my Victreebel.

Well, just try it, make a few calls and see if you get anything regarding pokerus.
well, Elm won't give you a call regarding pokerus until you have a pokemon with active pokerus in your party, go to the pokemon center and heal your pokemon. In the next day or two, Elm will call you regarding pokerus and from then on, it'll be one of the three Elm calls. (I don't know if you've already done this).
