    Imo, it's mostly luck. Basically, you try to hit a certain time down to the hundredth of a second, it can take some practice, but it's mostly trial and error, not something that there's a real trick to. >.>
    (though, if there is a trick, I don't know it xP)

    Ok, I downloaded it. I'll let you know when I've uploaded it to Youtube. I have two battles against Deztroya to subtitle X_X

    My problem with Moltres is that I don't really like it too much. Though I do have two (one is Age of Kings's, and the other one is mine, it also has a really weird but it's usable) sitting in my UT box.
    I see. Yeah I'm sure there's no way DarkLynx would give rights.

    As for Aroma's, it's not fully redis but you can have up to 10 of her pokes :D I don't think you have 10 so you technically have rights.

    What do you think of this Entei? Should I ditch it? It hasn't particularly done well, but it was good for taking Raikou out. It has enough EVs to outspeed a Jolteon with a Choice Scarf.

    I was seriously mad when I saw Cresselia in UU. That's really not fair. I don't really consider Porygon Z that much of a threat, but it doesn't belong there.

    Same here. I tried this one Poké in OU, and after setting it up I got a crit that ruined it. I want to know if I can hopefully make it work in UU.
