Most of that list is spot on, but there are a few things I would like to say about it. I think Top-A is over-selling Sharpedo a little. Poor bulk along means it will get destroyed by even the weakest priority moves. Also, the moves it uses don't have the sheer power that other offensive mons do...

That's the problem though, there are just so many good pokemon that thrive in the current meta. The only mons that I could see justifiably being taken out of S-Rank are Chandelure and (In my opinion) Froslass. Maybe Zapdos, but that's really pushing it due to the fact that it can play many roles...

I'm all for sub-tiering, UU is the only tier (except maybe Ubers and LC) that hasn't started sub-tiering yet. It also sparks good debates, I could see a couple of the S-Tier mons being borderline Top-S that could create a good debate on what placement it deserves, this thread has really slowed down

Oops, thought that hammer arm lowered your opponents speed. I would still consider using close combat though simply because of it's raw ouput and better accuracy (I don't know about you, but UI frequently lose games because of missed moves like high jump kick, maybe you have better luck though)
