  • Eh... the game seeds twice but it depends on how you soft-reset the game, even in Emerald, in the intro, you don't start from frame 0 (unlike when soft-resetting in any other area of the game), you may want to look at this: http://www.smogon.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2540481&postcount=144

Anyway, for the sake of ID/SID creation, if you consistently press buttons in FR/LG you should get the same seed, thus the same ID/SID combo for that program since it goes through the same frames, but I'm not sure, maybe not...
Well done, do you mean the computer's clock? I'm pretty much sure that seeding in 3rd gen games is not connected to the clock's time/date.
Then, you look for that PIDRNG frame on the list of PIDRNG frames for that specific seed. Once you figure it out, count the difference between the shiny PIDRNG frame and the one you hit. Then, restart your game, hit your seed, and then advance the PIDRNG frame as many times as needed
You need to first do that, yeah, just hit your seed and capture so you can calibrate your PIDRNG
Wait, what? So you hit your seed, but can't capture the pokémon? or you can and nowyou wonder how you get your shiny pokémon from that seed?
But have you checked if you're hitting the seeds for another Timer0? Maybe you could search for seeds in the other Timer0 if that's the problem
I'm still happy with my format :K So, caught/bred anything interesting these last few days?
Dude I bet that saves a lot of time. I barely finished updating mine xD In my defense, I was busy studying for finals and finishing a short clip
No Problem, I will after some time.
First watch Bearfans video on 4th Gen RNG. Feel free to ask me any questions.
Do you know how to find your delay?
Can It learn Stealth Rock and Sucker Punch?
    And PhsycoCut and Pursuit?
Also shouldn't you be in school?
Do you need help RNGing on 3rd gen? I can help you if it's not on an emulator.
    Also
If you have an AR could you check the Pokemon's IVS? Makes it easier for me when I RNG.
