Like trying to make the best OU team or a Team Rocket styled team.

Reasons to do a project: According to me project like the ones being discussed at TRC &SSIS are to be done to attact new members. I find it crazy to just let members already active to do projects. Projects are mostly for new members.

I kept resetting for IV's and finally got some good ones with a Quirky nature. Darn it! Ah well, for in game that's really useful.
