I have to admit I worry more about Scarf Raptors. The Swellow I use has 383 spd, and 407 attk after Toxic Orb comes in. It's also not move locked and has U-Turn to escape walls.

I think Scarf Kyurem is pretty good. It would eat up those Chomps and Dnites.
I didn't see any Kyurems in the tier.
