Not low but lower than your calibrated. Im catching an HP Ground Rotom and my delay is 627 but the target delay was 609.. Found a new one though with lower frame.

I dont get why you cant hit low delays with pika timer.
Jumpluff is UU but can be good when paired with Groundon in Uber so i guess it depends.

I think between them i would choose bold and relaxed. Out of them im thinking relaxed because i havent see any.
