    hey can anyone help me with a move set i need a ev/moveset for a kingdra with rain dane but it HAS to out speed scarfed jirachi in the rain i want it to be specially based but still be able to take out blissey i was thinking something like rain dance/outrage/draco meteor/hydro pump or something...

    hi i was wondering if theres a good rain dance specially based kingdra that can take out blissey i HAVE read all sets of the analysis and tryed most of them but i want one like idk rain dance/hydro pump/outrage/draco meteor but can out speed scarfed jirachi in the rain. is that possible
