On another note, I am curious, why do you believe that Tentacruel/Dusknoir are broken in UU? Because they are currently OU, and for no other reason? They are OU because of usage, I encourage you to look at the differences between Dusclops and Dusknoir, and how limited Tentacruel actually is.
