    Like I said, I have no idea how to team build lol. I'm also concerned about weather and TR control.

    Your team is actually OK in most weathers. Garchomp can take down char-Y, ninetales etc. Sandstorm setters like hippo can be taken down with an ice punch by M-Meta (hope it doesn't EQ you, though) or Garchomp (Note that sand veil is legal).

    Rain, though. You'll have to answer politoed :/
