Most likely! Plus it would allow for a mixed set.
Fake tears drops special defense by two so if i can hit something on the switch, explouds attacks will do a lot. Plus with hazard support they will receive a lot o damage if they switch out.
The set that a couple of the users have already posted looks good. The one with hyper voice, focus blast, sub, and work up/fake tears.
