I'm not 100% sure, but I think Heal Bell affects Soundproof pokemon in 5th gen anyway.

Monferno is pretty much outclassed by Blaziken, it only has a 1 base speed advantage and all its other stats are worse. I'd drop it.

This happens to me occasionally. The only fix I've found is to close shoddy, and open it again. Repeat until it works.
