You just need to say that the Wondercard was hacked. Wild Eep said this on my wall, in response to the same question: "You should state that you hacked the event item. The code to generate the wondercard doesn't modify the pokemon being generated by it, so it tends to be acceptable by Smogon standards.

I am frustrated. I have so many things going on, and I have to spend sleepless nights just to get all my stuff back. And plus, you should know that DW pokemon are so common now, anyone can get a female off the GTS. People redis behinf people's backs. Look at what Hapoened to the DW Eevee.

plus these are available on GTS Giveaways hosted on private servers too. I am just appalled that people would ask for credits in return for something they most likely got free.

the least you vould do is e more attentive for trying save you unnedded work that people will no doubt ask for Specified RNg's in exchange for their credits.
