I'm considering replacing Swampert with a Baton Pass Ninjask to help Machamp with its speed or a TrickScarf Uxie which will be like Swampert by setting up Stealth Rock but it can also use T-Wave. Yay or nay?

Thank you for the advice. Yes, I EV'd trained a new Scizor and I'm going to edit my first post with it. I got really lucky with the IVs, it has 31 in attack, and 30 in HP so it's attack is max, and HP is one off from max.
