IMO Heatran isn't fast or strong enough to take both down if they're ev invested in Sp Def. It all depends what kind of sets they are which is really frustrating to predict.
Now I gotta worry about Jirachi. Jirachis and Celebis are so annoying in the OU tier. So many sets for both of those pokemon.
Haha! I was mad when Mence went to ubers and same with Latias. I was ev training my own Naive mence when I heard it when to ubers. I ev trained Mence for no reason and just wasted my time on it :/
I'm okay at OU lol. Only thing about it is that I hate seeing the same pokemon over and over again. It's like you predict what the opponent's going to do. Most OU pokemon have the same set as Smogon does and it gets a little tiring.

tangela resists the eq because of grass type. max hp, dual investment in def, and special atk. I hardly see players use it, so I use it to keep battles fresh! gg!
