Each region is made up of a different generation of pokemon 1-5
You capture pokemon by having battles either with another player, or with the region leader. You get the number of pokemon that you defeat, so if you each have 4 pokes and you win you get 4 pokes. if you lose, but you defeat 2 pokes, you get 2 pokes.
What do you mean "that isn't part of the problem"?

OK, but actually I think we just need 5 people one for each region. The champions the designated battlers for the tiers are just optional, and we would only have one for each tier who would serve all 5 regions. and we dont really need the designated battlers, but just like the gym leaders in the gyms, I think people will be disappointedif they dont ahve a chance to be involved.
Can you help me with some of the rules taht are compliacted?
Mybe I will just allow all items for now, vs having to earn them, would that make it easier?

If you want to be a region leader. I would be willing to let you get a region and then hve people earn the other three by being active in BABA gyms and king of the hill.
