Replace roost on Salamence with fire blast. After one dd, it outspeeds choice scarf Genesect and ohko's with fireblast as opposed to a 2hko with eq which leaves you vulnerable to ice beam. It's a useful check to the threat Genesect poses to your team.

In your Rotom W description it says that hydro pumps base power is 360 in rain is 360? I'm pretty sure rain is only a 50% boost meaning the base power would be 270...

Add some pictures, spruce it up a bit. Infernape needs close combat, Jirachi's evs are all screwed up, and electivire is just terrible so replace him with a top tier ou threat.

You're going to want to run substitute over protect on gliscor. Other then that it looks like a decent team.
