People are all caught up in the fact that the gym leaders are at a disadavantage, but like I have said, we want people to be involved.
If you have a reasonable chance to get all 8 badges, you will go for it, then hunker down for the E4 task
Plus the gym leaders don't have to be gym leaders for ever
They will get their badges, move on the E4, and give others a chance to do the gym leader thing
I messed around with it a little, but I'm not quite sure. I'll try out some more things.
