if the frame for a shiny egg is 1 on hg/ss will it always be the first one I pick up?

I tried to breed for shinys in this game with no luck i think that when i get there ill ask for help on that ok lol

The beggining.

my target delay is 910 and my time is 17:56:00 so I set my ds clock and his space for emloop to start at 17:55, i get into my game and i wait till 17:56 and as soon as it hits i SR, then the second timer starts on emloop and i wait for that to hit 0 to click a. Im trying to get a shiny cyndaquil...

Ok so I set up the time, and my delay is 910 so I put that into emloop, I reset it when it gets to 0 and than wait for my delay to click A, my frame is on 5 for a shiny cyndaquil. What could i be doing wrong?

Once i find my delay will it always be the same?

Im still trying to rng a starter and I was wondering how i can find my delay?

Since there is no way to advance the frame what frame should i try for?

Ok im useing the time finder to get a shiny egg from ss and i choose a time that will give one on frame 2. I keep restarting everything when I don't get it and i think im doing something wrong. When do i start the game to get the right time?

Sorry but i can't seem to be able to find the part about seeds on the first page. So how did he hit the same seed everytime? I guess what I want to know is what do I do if I want to do about the same thing?
