It does, actually. Defog only removes the opponent's Aurora Veil, in that specific case.

I'll take these both into consideration. Hurricane sucks outside Rain, though, doesn't it? I'd also note that Tapu Fini prevents Spore from working...except, ironically, on Flying types, the best normal counters to Breloom.
