I'm remaking some 4th Gen teams I used to have. I had a chlorophyll tank called "Ochu" which was obviously a Tangrowth, and was shiny, so I plan to alter the moves and EVs and use it! =) The Sceptile will be used as it is in battling or altered to the subseed set! =D

I have been hitting different delays with different time when I update the timer.
I couldn't even get close to hitting it when using eontimer so i decided to use pikatimer.
Man I have been trying for 5 hours straight, but I still can't hit my delay.
