MEANWHILE, I'm going to be voting ABSTAIN on the Hoopa-U suspect and try to get as many people as I can on board with it. I don't believe this is a "yes or no" situation with how we want to deal with Hoopa-U. Voting yes or no would imply that I agree with the current philosophy of "global ban or not." I know this won't really achieve anything and it certainly won't change council's decisions, but I'm just gonna go send my message out this way. I will be voting ABSTAIN to express my dissatisfaction with the current philosophy. Am I crazy? Lol, talk me out of it.
