Alrighty - you must do the EV the old fashioned way - with vitamins and battling. I don't like pokerus though...so you can't use that unfortunately - I know it slows down the training...I just don't like the fact that my pokemon are getting infected, XD. In any case...lol, if you can do that then:
I'll give you a pokemon and you have one week to train it. After that, you return the poke...I check its EVs to see if they're right, and then give you the Aero as payment.
And of course, please don't use AR code.
