I got VERY lucky with Larvitar, after a week I got 31/31/31/31/31/18+. My usual breeds are triple flawless with 27+ in the other stats that matter (so my 31/31/31/X/28+ Ferroseed is kinda normal). My best ever breed was my Naive Zorua (31/28/31/31/28/31), but most of my stuff is pretty average. Just takes perseverance I guess.
Gyarados has: 31/29/28/28/29/31, and Scizor has: 16/31/29/30/20/31. It's HP and SP.D are a little low, but it shouldn't impact it too much for the role it's meant to play. What about your Larvitar?
I've been through entire Smog editions when I was breeding a decent Larvitar! So, what were the IVs on Gyara and Scizor?
