Adamant is vastly superior to jolly. Duggy is fast enough to outspeed tons of stuff anyway. There is nothing you would sanely try to revenge kill that is faster than adamant+252 speed. Adamant+ 252 atk+ CB also alows for 2 hit EQ kill on blissey.

Overpowered no, imbalenced yes. It isnt good in itself because it doesnt DO anything. It doesnt make you win. It DOES make more matches determined by luck.
