Worthy Shiney?

so i received in a shiney adamant beldum in a trade. nature is awesome for a shiney, but the IV's aren't super.

5-9/12-16/30-31/25-29/28-31/25-29

i want to train it because it the only shiney with a good nature i've come across, but where should i dump the EV's into? i'm not sure about a moveset cuz of the iv's. would he make an ok Agiligross? or maybe just a standard 252 in hp and att? any insight? thanks for any help you can give.
 
Hmm the attack is disappointing, you could make a decent MixGross out of it though.HP Fire (if you have it, otherwise swap this move for something like Explosion)/Grass Knot/Meteor Mash/EQ
 
don't have hp fire. plus the special attacks wouldn't be that great any way because of the nature. would the wifi standard set/spread work ok?
 
It could be a good Mixgross...and the fact that its Shiny makes things a bit better. Shame the attack wasn't a tad bit higher though.

EDIT: Ops Forgot it was Adamant go with Choice Band on him works better i think with 16 IV's it lacks IV's in HP and that ruins Metagross.
 
Those IV's look around the same as the Adamant shiny Metagross I use on my team. Shame HP isn't too large, without it and perfect defences your bulkyness suffers but personally I would go for a choice band set.

Maybe you two traded with the same person who cloned his/her shiny Metagross multiple times?
 
thanks for the input people. i think i just going to lean towards either the CB set or Agiligross, cuz he has pretty good speed iv's. would the standard ev spreads work alright?
 
Ir your going for the standard choice band set you need to rethink the Def and HP EV's, as they are designed to let you survive a Garchomps non-boosted EQ, which is impossible with those IV's.
 
yeah i was thinking of doing a split between HP and Def and the rest into ATT, since the Def i'm pretty sure is gonna be the solid 31 due to the characteristic.

i'm not trying too hard to make him badass, i'd just breed to get a good one anyways. i just wanted to make the best outta him cuz he sparkles.
