    Quick question. With pac dropping before we could play I finished the RBY NU Spotlight Tour 3-1, and therefore tied for 3rd/4th. Shouldn't I be qualified to submit a vr on these grounds?

    hi sorry for the delayed response on all this

    after discussing with the NU Council on Discord they ended up realizing the confusion with what "top 4" meant and decided to change the requirements to top 2 (i.e. the finalists) since that didn't change who they were intending on being able to submit VRs anyway. Sorry that this means you're left on the outside looking in
