he puts the moves accuracy all at 100%... thats what his ability says.. it should NOT hit flying people.. lolz... pretty sure all the machamps i've foughten have never hit me while i was flying... idk.. i've battled a lot before though

the thing with those other metal bursters is that they are expected.. SMP's set is unpredictable
