Yea best to get frame 1 seed for fishing feebas, it feels just like wild encounter with NPC since no running aroundand literally took me 10 min to do. The sync up with the NPC really hard to do for me, as even though I though I did the same same and other bubble spot showed, it wasn't the same timing.

I kinda assumed you had them at lv. 100 only. If you have them at a lower level and/or UT then that be great. Considering how the EV thing been change so that even lv. 100 Pokemon can get EVs I don't mind too much.

EV Wipe the Latias, the Latios can keep the it's EV spread. As for the name, yes that what I'm looking for.
