    Hydreigon's Special Attack is good enough already. I think why the low Special Attack investment is there is because 64 EVs may ensure the OHKO against Ferrothorn, Scizor and Skarmory. Look for my most recent post (question) in the Simple Questions thread in Dragonspiral Tower and see the answer to it.
    I go for accuracy most of the ttime.

    Hydreigon
    -Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse
    -Crunch
    -Fire Blast
    -Earthquake
    Nature: Hasty
    EVs: 252 Atk/64 SpA/192 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    Like I said in that post, I'm going for a mixed Hydreigon. I don't want 105 Attack to go to waste.
    IV's i hit the same tiner0 like 13 times in a row. :/ its fine. Ill just take a break and sleep early tonight
    Would you rather have power or accuracy in a move?

    Yeah, I already trained one for it. It was so-so, because it has good coverage, however what I hate when its multi-hit moves don't hit as often as I'd like to:
    -Tail Slap
    -Bullet Seed
    -Rock Blast
    -Wake-up Slap
    Nature: Hasty (yes, I know it's supposed to be Jolly, but it's close)
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Silk Scarf
