About EV training for Shieldon.
In my opnion, That set that platinumdude suggested has shieldons EV's wasted.
Bastiodon does not need that defensive bulk and HP.
Putting more into HP does not maximize Leftovers' Healing capability.

A better EV set would Be:
IV:
31/31/31/x/31/0
EV:
236 HP | 66 Atk | 208 SpD
Stats at Level 100:
320 HP | 156 Atk | 372 Def | 99-130 SpA | 400 SpD | 58 Spe
Moves:
Metal Burst | Toxic | Curse | Rock Blast/Stone Edge
Or
Rest | Sleep Talk | Curse | Rock Blast

Either of these Sets would be more viable because you can maximize Leftovers HP out put (20 HP every turn)
And Cyrse will increase defense a bit more.

You should try to do more research on a pokemon before you start suggesting sets.

In my opnion, i value you your breeds more based soley on your OT.
Your OT is Soul, which is not offensive, and makes it seem like your pokemon are actually from something special.

I would honestly make your pokemon Semi Redis. Meaning that if they originally got the pokemon from you, it is Non redis. (They can trde, others cannot)

But if a person asks for a BP, then you both get semi-redis rights.

This would make your pokemon "seem" more valuable, and i am sure more people woyld appreciate your OT, rather then Shroomhead's OT, which is "PENIS".

-Curse
-Metal Burst
-Rock Blast/Rock Slide/Stone Edge
-Earthquake/Taunt
Nature: Sassy
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
