10.) Rock? - anti-HoOh?

13.) Flying - might do well especially for the legendary birds
14.) Ghost - Nah!

For Modest/Timid/mixed spreads, we have to choose a Hidden Power type of our choice.
Yeah it's confusing, because we don't have flashcarts xD
And only a few poke will benefit from a TR or defensive spread :]

Hmm... maybe there's nothing much to catch in my SS cart.
Because the encounter codes of the shiny frames were very limited.
I suggest picking a spread that have a lot of frames and encounter codes, so that you can catch a bunch...especially rare ones with encounter codes above 6.
Haven't restarted my 4th Gen carts yet, but currently, I have:
Plat: shiny Timid 30/14/30/31/31/31, ability 1
SS: shiny Modest 31/26/31/31/31/31, ability 1
HG: shiny Jolly 31/31/30/x/31/31, ability 1 (haven't restarted this one... ID abused last year)

Anyway I'll copy the SS Encounter codes yet, because the HG Codes ≠ SS Codes.
