Might I add something to this I think those currently without a mega evolution should be edited by the creator of their respective team rather than give a set mega evolution for every pokemon because little will we know there might be new mega evolutions in the future yet to come plus it can...

I have a proposal. What I propose is a new meta game / tier (still unsure of what the terms are) that allows you to construct Theorized Mega Evolved Pokemon. The functions of it is: only one pokemon can have a theorized mega evolution and can edit base stat total limited to 100 added base stats...
