That is an organized thread. No other thread is as organized as that in Magma. The ranks are 2nd and the rest.......you should know.

I am not blind (or legally yet) however TRC is fairly organized and maintains decent activity. Unlike Magma they are huge and unorganized (except for me and HS).

TRC has some order, I think. They know I am the boss.

Wow, how come you judje everyone but yourself? Their are social group that aren't even Teams and they are not all that active. Are you going to get rid of them too? Honestly, I don't think you see the truth at all. You have NO power over anything but Team Aero. And to think about it, you don't even have power over Team Aero's members because they can just desert you at any time. There is logic behind what I'm saying, and don't take this harsh or anything, but none of us REALLY have any power. We only have power over those who are loyal to our Team. I don't even like to say I have power over them because they don't need a ruler, but a leader. And instead of being a dictator and ruling over them with strict rules and giving little respect to the members with the lowest rank. Because they all deserve respect. Do you now see my point? Just because they aren't all that active doesn't mean you take away their whole Team. Thats just inhumane.

What are your views on Team Plasma? Are they just another useless Team to you?
