My G-Max Pikachu was holding the Light Ball during all the testing

Just tried to teach Volt Tackle to the G-Max Pikachu through the daycare and it doesnt look like it can be transferred. Secondly I tried putting a Pikachu with Flail in with a Pikachu with Volt Tackle; Flail transferred to the second Pikachu, but Volt Tackle did not transfer to the first.

Have we found if gigantimaxes can be shiny yet?

If you dynamax with a substitute up, does your substitute remain? I'm more wondering if your dynamax'd pokemon will actually stay on the field since substitute usually replaces your pokemon entirely.

Looking at gigantimax raids, it looks like Appletun, Lapras, and Gengar's gigantimaxes are unique to Shield, with Flapple, Machamp, and Coalossal being in Sword. This is assuming you can only get the gigantimax forms from the gigantimax raids.

Do we know yet if gigantimax affects the other stats at all, or does it simply just give the new G-max moves?

Call me crazy, but Jolly nature allows you to outspeed Adamant Melmetal by 1 point. This allows you to use Snorlax to confidently take out a weakened Melmetal, and you also don't have to mess with the flinches from Double Iron Bash, giving you 2 earthquakes to weaken Melmetal instead of just 1...
