Adamant nature is probably better, but why would 12 HP be better for using Sitrus Berry? It's not like you'll be using Sub twice, you'll just BD once. I guess it would proc after like two ghost-type Curse turns or something else that does exactly 25% of your HP twice, but that's not very useful...
