Hmm… well, I usually use two timer0s, I usually hit one if I press "A" just slightly before the second, while pressing it during the second I hit my other timer0s. Try experimenting with when you press "A."

Are those the ivs from the egg? I'd encourage you to go catch a pokémon right after obtaining the egg to check you hit your seed in order to not lose time hatching.

Then you cannot go over if you're doing everything right. Let's do this step by step. Start your game, get the egg, go to victory road, catch something, check ivs. Also, tell me your settings, you know, MAC address, ID/SID, version, and everything else

Okay, let's try this. First of all, save your game infront of the daycare man once he calls you to to him. Have him ready so you can pick up an egg. So, then you turn off your game and on again with your date and attempt to hit your seed, right? Once you begin your egg, hurry up and pick up your egg. Then, fly to victory road, catch the first thing you see and check ivs. Open PPRNG once again and use seed searcher to look for the seed corresponding to those ivs.

The ivs from that pokémon should be in frame 14-20 using those same settings to hit your initial seed and use this to confirm you hit your correct seed so you don't need to wait and hatch the egg.

Also, I'd recommend you use a higher shiny frame, at least 75 to make sure your PIDRNG doesn't begin after your shiny frame. Because it sucks when it does.

Two things, is your iv frame 8, and are you hitting a PIDRNG frame consistently?
