https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen8lc-1418896421 On turn 15, Corphish loses a speed tie to a paralysed Choice Scarf Mienfoo. Corphish has 13 speed. Mienfoo should have 17 * 1.5 *.5 speed. Which is 12.75. Mienfoo even displays 12 speed to the person using it...- RZL
