    I use a AgilPassing Jolteon with 252 HP/252 Spd/4 SAtk EVs... because my whole purpose is to go first and be able to agil pass away. If you plan to use your Jolteon for a heavier sweeping role, then perhaps a split between SAtk and HP is what you'd be looking for. Just my 2cents
