Jolteon EVs

I have a Jolteon, and I am going to use the following moveset on it:

Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Agility
Baton Pass

Would this be the best moveset?

What should the EV spread be? I've thought about it for a little while but i'm still not positive.
 
Probably max SpAtk and Speed EVs.

I use a AgilPassing Jolteon with 252 HP/252 Spd/4 SAtk EVs... because my whole purpose is to go first and be able to agil pass away.
If you plan to use your Jolteon for a heavier sweeping role, then perhaps a split between SAtk and HP is what you'd be looking for.

It's not that simple though, i'm looking for multiple people to tell what spread they use and how well it works. I also need to know about movesets.

Saber, that seems pretty good. What moveset do you use?
 
I assume your Jolteon is timid. You need at least 385 speed to beat Weavile and every sane Gyarados with a dragon dance (216+ EVs). Split the remainder between HP, special attack and special defense depending on how offensive you want Jolteon to be. I would recommend 272 or 288 HP if you are running leftovers.

If you decide to use substitute, use 385+ speed, 289+ HP and the rest in special defense. This gives substitute the best chance of surviving hidden power from electric pokemon.
 
Shadow Ball isn't much of use when Jolteon's job is passing Agility/Subs etc.

EVs: 132 HP / 252 Spd / 124 SpAtt
- Substitute / Wish
- Agility / Wish
- Baton Pass
- Thunderbolt / Charge Beam

Pick two from Substitute/Agility/Wish. You can also use Charge Beam if you are feeling lucky about getting a boost.

In the EVs department, you can go max speed or can drop down to 385 speed (216 EVs) which beats Weavile and Swellow. That SpAtt is needed to guarantee an OHKO on Skarmory. If you don't care about it, it can be moved to HP to beef up the Substitutes a little.
